The Service is provided exclusively as a Mini Program within the TikTok platform. By accessing or using the Service via your TikTok account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Minors are not permitted to use the Service or make any purchases. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for any use of the Service by a minor under your care.
We provide short drama video streaming, including free and paid episodic content, within the TikTok Mini Program environment.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features at our discretion, without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
You may access the Service only through your personal TikTok account. You agree:
• Not to record, download, copy, redistribute, or publicly share any drama content;
• Not to use bots, crawlers, scripts, or other automated tools to access or interfere with the Service;
• Not to engage in fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or disruptive behavior;
• To comply with all TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Developer Platform policies, and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these rules.
• All payments are processed through payment methods supported by TikTok.
• Prices for paid content are clearly displayed before purchase.
• No automatic renewal or subscription services are provided. All payments are one-time and require your explicit confirmation.
• Paid digital content is non-refundable once unlocked or accessed, except where required by applicable law or in cases of technical failure on our part.
• Refund requests for unauthorized purchases by minors may be reviewed and processed upon submission of valid proof.
All short dramas, visuals, text, artwork, and other content within the Mini Program are the property of us or our respective licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-commercial, personal license to stream content solely within this TikTok Mini Program for personal viewing.
The Service is provided “as available” and “as is.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, the Province of British Columbia.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, mandatory consumer protection laws of the United States applicable to you shall remain enforceable to the extent required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
